Technique Tigers Baseball Academy is excited to offer a winter conditioning program taught by our expert staff. This program will take players to the next level and have them fully prepared for spring tryouts. Our main theme will remain the same: stressing discipline, hard work and mental focus.

Players will work on:

  • Agility and quickness
  • Core stabilization
  • Balance and coordination
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Flexibility
